Zedwell Hotels has opened a new windowless hotel in Greenwich, London, near the River Thames.
The 96-room hotel is located in the Cavatina Point building and follows Zedwell’s windowless sleep concept.
Each room, called a “cocoon,” accommodates two guests and offers features such as Hypnos beds, Egyptian cotton sheets, rain showers, and circadian rhythm-based lighting.
Zedwell Hotels focuses on energy efficiency by incorporating a gap between the glass facade and room walls. This design choice not only enhances thermal stability but also improves energy efficiency.
