Ireland inbound visitor numbers from Canada were 26,200 in July, down 19.1pc on July 2025 and down 44.1pc on pre-pandemic. Rolling annual was 218,200, up 11.8pc on the twelve months to July 2025.
The total for the first six months of 2026 was 94,500, up 9.2pc on the first six months of 2025.
This follows growth of 23.4pc in June, 25.2pc in May, 30pc in April, a decrease of 25.8pc in March and increases of 34.1pc in February and 47.4pc in January.
