The activities for Ardclough Heritage Day on Saturday, August 22, 2026, feature a full schedule of family-friendly events. The celebration is officially held as a Guinness Festival Day & New Café Opening at the Ardclough Village Centre. [Entry is completely free and events run from 12:00 p.m. onwards.

- 12:00 p.m. — Musical Open: Live performance by St Mary’s Brass & Reed Band. [1]
- 12:30 p.m. — Official Welcome: Master of Ceremonies Arthur Guinness (portrayed by Martin Wickham) welcomes the public. [1]
- 12:45 p.m. — Finger Food: Complimentary finger food is served to guests.

- Patrick Guinness presents “My Goddess, My Guinness”.
- Pat Keating discusses the village’s new café/restaurant opening.
- Ger Loughlin details the Grand Canal Greenway Bike Hire and tours from Sallins to Ardclough.
- John Whelan outlines Ardclough Village Centre community activities including art, gardening, yoga, biodiversity, and Irish coffee mornings.
- Evening Finale: A community sing-out event to close the heritage day celebrations
