Cholera, earthquakes, martial law, mpox & volcanos – DFA updates travel advice for 8 countries

The Department of Foreign Affairs has updated its travel advice relating to eight countries. 

Ethiopia’s travel advice has undergone a comprehensive review, addressing various critical information, including safety and security, local laws, and natural disasters.

Specific updates include travel alerts for Iceland regarding the Blue Lagoon area, security concerns in parts of India, and information about widespread demonstrations in Mozambique.

Additional modifications involve the removal of a travel alert in South Korea following the cancellation of martial law, updates on terrorist risks in Sri Lanka, and alerts regarding earthquake damage in Vanuatu, along with health advisories for Cholera and Mpox in Zambia.
