Donald Trump’s Doonbeg Golf Course resort in Co Clare is valued at up to $50m according to latest financial filings.
Trump acquired the resort in 2014 and pledged to invest up to €45m in the property.
The resort generated revenue of €15.2m in a 16-month period starting in January last year, with hotel revenue near €7.3m in the same period.
Trump’s financial disclosure also includes details of other assets and income sources, including his US resort and residential properties and significant liabilities and debts.
The resort opened in 2002 and was developed at a cost of €28m. The sale did not include a number of luxury suites that had been sold to investors during the boom and leased back to the hotel.
