The Hodson Bay Hotel Group, including the Hyatt Centric hotel in Dublin, generated revenues of €52.8m in the past year, with the Hyatt contributing €15m to the group’s overall revenue.
CEO Padraig Sugrue commended the group’s recovery post-pandemic and reported an average yearly occupancy rate of 80pc across their hotels: “We are looking to grow and develop the group and the likes of Hyatt has expressed a very strong interest in partnering with us in developing that strategy,”
The group is looking to expand and partner with Hyatt for future growth opportunities, and they anticipate a 5pc increase in revenues for the current year, although they expect a more challenging environment ahead.
