Final preparations are underway at Muckross House in Killarney for the 60th anniversary of its public opening on Friday, June 14th
A special event has been organised by the National Parks & Wildlife Service and the Board of Trustees of Muckross House which will feature exhibitions, walks, guided tours, and free admission to Muckross House and Muckross Traditional Farms over the weekend.

Anniversary celebrations include participation from staff such as Archivist Patricia O’Hare, Manager Denis Reidy, and Muckross house guides.
