Club Med’s first resort in South Africa will open in July 2026, located on KwaZulu-Natal’s North Coast. Bookings for the resort will be available from October 2025, allowing customers to secure their stay early.
The resort will feature 411 stylish rooms and dedicated Kids Clubs catering to infants from 4 months. Amenities will include a Zen Zone for adults, a world-first Club Med Surf School, and a range of sports and wellness activities.
The culinary offerings will include two restaurants and diverse bars with evening events showcasing the region’s festive spirit.
Club Med shared, “Doors will open in July 2026, meaning the one year countdown is officially on. Bookings will open from this October 2025. The resort will offer a unique dual beach and Big Five safari experience. The Zen Zone will include a spa, yoga school and adult-only pool. We will incorporate evening events and performances that reflect the festive spirit of the region.”
