Operating profits at Liberty Venues Ltd, which operates Vicar Street, slumped by 56pc to €621,303 in 2023 compared to €1.43m in 2022.
The company recorded a post-tax loss of €188,615 in 2023, following a post-tax profit of €724,950 in 2022 – a negative swing of €913,565.
Revenues were boosted by shows from artists such as Christy Moore, Hothouse Flowers, Johnny Logan, and more.
The venue, owned by Harry Crosbie and operated by Peter Aiken, saw its cash funds reduce from €1.56m to €898,621 and reduced the number of employees from 56 to 52 in 2023.
