An independent survey from RED C Research has revealed strong support from Fingal residents for Dublin Airport, with 82pc favouring further development and 86pc agreeing it supports economic growth and jobs.
The study shows 77pc believe the airport does more good than harm, with 69pc viewing it as a trustworthy neighbour and 65pc noting positive local impact.
While communication emerges as an area for improvement, overall positive sentiment rises, with negative views at just 4pc. The survey found:
- 82pc of Fingal residents support further development at Dublin Airport.
- 86pc agree the airport supports economic growth and local jobs.
- 77pc believe Dublin Airport does more good than harm in the community.
- 69pc see the airport as a trustworthy neighbour.
- Positive sentiment towards Dublin Airport improves throughout 2025.
