The Red Cow Moran Hotel recorded pre-tax profits of €11.32m in 2023, nearly doubling from the previous year as revenues climbed 54pc to €32.66m.
The increase stemmed from the hotel’s role as a major provider of accommodation for international protection applicants. Guestford Ltd, which operates the property on the Naas Road in western Dublin, benefited from the surge in demand for such services.
