The Royal Valentia Hotel located on Valentia Island in County Kerry has been sold after being placed on the market last year with a guide price of €3m.
The transaction marks a change in ownership for this well known hospitality property which offers accommodation dining and views over the Atlantic appealing to tourists visiting the Ring of Kerry Skellig Michael access points and the island’s heritage including the Valentia Island Slate Quarry and telegraph cable history. Details of the new owners and future plans have not been disclosed.
