Supermacs has opened beside arrivals in Dublin airport Terminal 2. It is one of 23 new and improved bars, cafes and restaurants offerings for passengers in summer 2024, bringing the total number of outlets to 42. The official opening will take place on June 12th at 11am.
Terminal 2 will also see Papa John’s moving into the space left by Wright’s of Howth. Terminal 1 will introduce Pret A Manger, a revamped Nomad, Street Kitchen with Cantina, and Bluebird Coffee Roasters. Roasted Notes Speciality Coffee will open in Terminal 2 landside, replacing Cafe Nero.
A new eatery, Fitzgerald’s Restaurant and Bar, will blend a boutique hotel foyer and classic club VIP lounge The outlet, named after architect Desmond Fitzgerald, will replace the Oak Bar
Insomnia Coffee and Pret A Manger are among the prominent food and beverage chains to join existing outlets like Butler’s Chocolate Cafe, Burger King, and Jump Juice, who are expanding their presence both airside and landside.
A wine bar will replace the former Starbucks outlet in Terminal 1.
Updates in Terminal 1 will include expanding the popular Jump Juice bar on Pier 100 and introducing Cuan Cafe and Bar at the 200 gates. SoMa will be replaced by Lilian’s Restaurant and Bar at the 300 gates, and Insomnia Coffee will replace the former AMT coffee outlet in the Arrivals Hall.
A new world-class food hall in Terminal 1 will feature Korean and Thai street food, an Arthur Guinness Bar, a large Italian restaurant, and various local and international brands by 2024. The project is a collaboration between KSG and Lagardère Travel Retail.
