Taste of Dublin opens today, a four-day food festival held at Merrion Square Park, Dublin until June 15, 2025.
The event is a highlight of the summer in Dublin, offering visitors the chance to sample dishes from Dublin’s lead restaurants, engage with artisan producers, and participate in culinary masterclasses and demonstrations in a vibrant, gourmet atmosphere.
The festival features numerous exhibitors showcasing gourmet foods and beverages. Visitors can expect a similar variety to past editions, with over 100 artisan producers and lead restaurants.
