The Taste of Sligo Food Festival will take place from 19th to 21st September 2025, expanding from a two-day event to three days. The festival features cookery demonstrations by celebrity chefs including Kevin Dundon and Shane Smith, with a focus on local food producers.
A new Cool Food School will offer cookery workshops for 5th and 6th class students, aiming to encourage healthy eating among children.
Large crowds are expected, and advance booking is advised, with ticket prices set at €10 per day or €15 for an early bird three-day ticket until 31st July.
