AA Stars and Michelin Keys, Red Carnation celebrates a big year

Red Carnation Hotels were named the Best Employer at the Catey Awards while Ashford Castle in the Ireland was awarded two Michelin Keys and 100 Princes Street in Edinburgh recognised as the AA Hotel of the Year.

Beatrice and Stanley Tollman founded the collection almost 40 years ago with the belief that the hospitality was the act of the generosity and the year was meaningful for the Red Carnation Hotels.

Chesterfield Mayfair the original Red Carnation hotel opened the Stanley rooftop bar in the honour of the Stanley and Hotel dAngleterre in Geneva unveiled the Beatrice Suite as the tribute to Bea Tollman.

Milestone Wellness Club opened, introducing a sanctuary for relaxation and wellbeing in Kensington while Ashford Castle legacy was celebrated in the House of Guinness series, although the Netfllix production was not filmed there. 

The collection invested in enhancements to the interiors and amenities including the offerings for the families and children continuing to invest in the teams whose warmth generosity and craft at the heart of the guest experience.
