Explora Journeys is offering Christmas and New Year Caribbean cruises aboard the Explora I and Explora II over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve in 2025. Itineraries include a variety of activities such as festive feasts, gingerbread house crafting, and ocean-inspired wellness experiences, ranging from seven to 17 nights.
Key destination ports include Charlotte Amalie (St. Thomas), Bridgetown (Barbados), Fort-de-France (Martinique), and Basseterre (St. Kitts and Nevis).
The Thanksgiving cruise on the Explora I departs from Miami on November 27, while the Christmas cruise features routes from Bridgetown to Miami starting on December 21.
The New Year’s Eve expeditions feature celebratory fireworks over San Juan, with the Explora I sailing from Miami on December 29 and the Explora II departing from San Juan on the same date.
A written statement from Explora Journeys shared, “The itineraries include festive feasts and gala dinners; rituals such as crafting gingerbread houses; and ocean-inspired wellness experiences that focus on gratitude and intention setting. Activities include exploring markets and historical landmarks, as well as volcano hikes and reef kayaking. The Explora I from Thursday, November 27 to Friday, December 5 (eight nights): Miami to San Juan, via Charlotte Amalie. The Explora I from Monday, December 29 to Tuesday, January 6 (eight nights): Miami to San Juan, with New Year’s Eve fireworks over San Juan.”
