
Operating profits at Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel in Killiney, Co. Dublin, owned by Eithne Scott-Lennon, increased by 18pc to €535,830 last year.
Mark and Joseph Scott-Lennon took control of the hotel after their mother stepped down as chief executive, expanding the Fitzpatrick Hotel Collection business.
This week the group purchased Ireland’s oldest hotel, the Woodenbridge Hotel and Lodge, with pre-tax profits of €443,325 in 2023
Separate accounts show revenue at Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel increased by 31pc to €8.7m, operating profit up despite challenges, pre-tax profits at €256,358 with increased staff numbers and costs.
