A joint venture led by Johnny Ronan plans to submit an application for a 20-storey hotel at the Irish Glass Bottle site in Sandymount off Dublin’s south bank docklands, featuring 228 bedrooms.
The development will encompass a 15-hectare site at Poolbeg West and include a licensed bar, restaurant, and ancillary spaces alongside the hotel.
Pembroke Beach DAC is currently constructing 894 housing units and plans to develop over 3,500 units in total as part of its broader ambitious redevelopment project.
Recent successes for Ronan’s group include securing approval for a 25-storey residential scheme with 550 homes and the acquisition of four key former assets out of receivership.
