Maslow capital organises finance for Dublin 8 hotel facility

Maslow Capital has provided a €54.2m development facility for a 235-key hotel on Fumbally Lane in Dublin 8. The eight-storey hotel operates as a four-star property on a 0.5-acre site.

The borrower has secured a long-term lease with Ascott Limited under the Lyf brand. The hotel targets leisure and corporate travellers with standard rooms and studio units with kitchenettes.

Amenities include a cafe, lounge and co-working facilities near attractions like Guinness Storehouse.
