Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) released its 2024 “Sail and Sustain” report, detailing alignment with its “Charting the Course” strategic vision.
The report identifies five key pillars for operational excellence, including Caring for Nature, Sailing Safely, Empowering People, Strengthening Communities, and Operating with Integrity and Accountability.
Under the “Caring for Nature” pillar, NCLH reported achieving 47 percent biofuel testing on its fleet, surpassing its target, and diverting 54 percent of waste from landfills.
Regarding “Strengthening Communities,” NCLH reported contributions of $1.8m through cash and in-kind donations to nonprofit organisations worldwide.
