The Cork on a Fork Fest returns from August 12 to 16, 2026, bringing five flavour-filled days of street feasts, unique dining experiences, and live cooking demonstrations across Cork City Centre. Organized by the Cork City Council, this year’s lineup features over 150 food experiences celebrating local artisan producers, leading chefs, and Ireland’s vibrant culinary capital.
Dining Experiences
- The Cathedral Supper: A historic, first-ever standing small-plate tasting menu featuring wine pairings inside St Fin Barre’s Cathedral with Michelin-starred chefs Lewis Barker and Paul McDonald.
- Pembroke Street Table: An open-air, shared 3-course street feast on August 16 for 100 diners, pulling dishes from local venues like Orso Kitchen and Helena’s at The Imperial Hotel. Tickets: €85.
- The Big Table Mixer: An alcohol-free, communal social dining experience at Marina Market on Friday, August 14.

- Counting House Drinks Theatre: Masterclasses and curated drink tastings at the former historic Beamish & Crawford site.
