Dalata Hotel Group, Ireland’s largest hotel operator, has completed the sale of the Clayton Whites Hotel Wexford to Neville Hotels for €21m.
Neville Hotels, owned by Seamus Neville, has an expanding portfolio that includes several other hotels in Ireland.
Proceeds from the sale will be returned to shareholders via a buyback program, reflecting Dalata’s commitment to the Irish market.
The acquisition is expected to enhance Neville Hotels’ offerings while ensuring a smooth transition for the Clayton Whites Hotel staff.
